Mr. Robert McIntosh, President and CEO
Robert McIntosh is a consulting geologist with over 25 years as a geoscientist with a proven track record and experience in resource exploration as well as corporate development. Since 1983 he has designed, implemented, executed and managed programs in the resource sector in precious and base metals and oil & gas, in North America and abroad for both public and private companies. He has worked in all aspects of exploration and mine development including producing projects in both the gold and oil and gas sectors. Mr. McIntosh has extensive experience in the Ontario mining sector working on various projects that ultimately became producing mines.
He has been contracted as a Geological Consultant by Bancroft Uranium Inc since 2007 where he has conducted the geological supervision and exploration and development planning of aspects of the Monmouth Uranium Project having designed and implemented the exploration program with the Project Manager Mr. Murray McGill that culminated in the production of the N.I. 43-101 compliant resource report.
Mr. David Naylor, CFO, & Secretary Treasurer
David Naylor is a financial management professional with extensive accounting expertise and a highly analytical ability to improve management practices. His career includes eleven years leading a large media publishing company through a period of change. Subsequently, he has held the position of CFO and/or Secretary Treasurer for varied natural resource juniors as well as technology sector companies. Mr. Naylor is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over twenty years of experience.
